Been with this company for over 5 years. Each year they have a round of layoffs, but this year they hired a new VP of Sales. He removed ALL marketing from their highest performing sales reps (mid-market and enterprise) and pushed all marketing to the new reps straight out of college. It seems like they are gearing up for sale and trying to make their bottom line look better. Went from making over $100k to $40k due to the loss of commissions from lack of marketing. Maybe this company will be better once they sell, but no one's job is safe until they do so.

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
