Remote working. Good culture and supportive teammates. Wellbeing and work life balance. Learning opportunities with resources like LinkedIn learning, Reforge etc. Flexible and continuous adoption for growth. Occasional team meetups.

Svantaggi

Organization restructuring/changes and layoffs. Too many changes nothing seems to workout for positive growth. Could have more team gatherings for transperent communication and run the initiatives at good pace.

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
