      Flexible schedule, people are nice, crisis counselling with families available. Students have materials for study sessions. Diverse community support offered.

      Svantaggi

      Very busy, team makes it seem easy but it’s not, communication with staff and parents is paramount. Feedback to parents is needed after every lesson sometimes taking time away from next session.

      Getting a lot of job offers, and having a decent system to accept or decline jobs as well as good resources for the job. Sometimes social activities which is nice, and the salary is not too bad, with a decent growth over time.

      Svantaggi

      Transport and reasonable teaching duration can be a bit inconvenient, especially when the fee for traveling is not covered. Still, students who live within walking distance will also come, and some customers cover travel costs.
