I worked in management at the corporate office for six years... The executives are all white men in their fifties that went to college together (frequently take trips to the bunny ranch and several Vegas strip clubs while they pay their employees less than a living wage.) - there's no sick leave...yes, that's right. If you're sick and you don't have PTO, tough luck. - salaries are terrible and well below market value This is basically a glorified mom and pop shop that got big and bit off more than it could chew. Steer clear from this place. The money goes right to the top (extravagant trips and big bonuses) while the workers get the crumbs.
