Although I may be biased, I think I've been lucky enough to train at the best audit training firm in Bristol. The team are super friendly and everyone is approachable to help with questions when you're learning (especially the partners and managers!). One of my favourite perks is the flexi-time work arrangement, allowing you to start after 9, take a long lunch or finish early to beat the traffic home, just as long as you do your 35 hour week (which again, is unheard of in audit). With the majority of clients being charities or not-for-profit organisations, there is a real feel-good element to the job too.

Nothing negative to say! As with any ACA trainee role there is some study needed outside of work hours, but having time out of the office to attend college courses keeps this manageable.
