      Good Start, if your reporting manager is decent enough then you can spend a couple of years.

      Poor work life balance, Tiny decisions takes very long time, Unhealthy competition, No one will feel this as an MNC. Still with the very old systems of working. Smart working is never encouraged.... but just spelled in meetings. Product quality is no where comparable with the prices charged. Higher management will never listen to your voice.
