No dress code and that's about it.

Where to start. They do not use the AC or heat hardly at all so you are freezing in the winter and sweating in the summer, but they will not let you have heated blankets or small heaters to warm up your area. The turn around rate is insane due to the owners and management not knowing how to treat people. We recently got bought out as a company due to sales declining so bad so on top of all the regular things to deal with, we also have to deal with new owners coming in. Multiple people, including managers, drink daily on the job and pop pills and smoke weed and there is no consequences to this. One of there excuses for it is they don't recognize what that smell is so they can't jump to conclusions. HR and one of the owners are constantly starting at the women that work here in a very "pervy way". The owner was confronted about HR behavior and of course nothing was done about it. Management is a joke and constantly calls in and doesn't do there job but not an eye is batted. No paid holidays, or holidays off for that matter. Raises are not given unless there asked for and even then it's questionable. The owners are so cheap they won't provide paper towels in the bathrooms or break room, old crappy hand dryers is all you get. The list could go on for days but I'll stop here.
