If you like to have clear management hierarchy and team roles, and need to have agreed processes for your work, Gofore is not the place for you, at least not yet. - lack of proper productization of their services - lack of feedback of one's performance - very few possibilities to career rise - you have to be very pro-active to get interesting projects and roles, also sales-wise - teams and team mates change all the time, if you are not in a long project - In Helsinki you might end up working full-time in the customer premises which v'can lead to not feeling like you belong in your work community
