For those reading: Look at location and whether they mention Florida or Ottowa. Those are the old SD locations and no one from old Gogo works there (yet, anyway). It's absolutely true that everyone was sent a "return to office" email from the new CEO on a Friday after 3pm effective the next Monday. He has no prior experience as a CEO and seems to think that treating everyone like we're in the military is the way to run a company. Since the acquision many C-suite Gogo people are gone. 5 out of 7 of the top people now at Gogo are men from SD. Gogo is now getting rid of DEI. DEI is one of the reasons Gogo was such a great company to work for. There is a serious lack of order, coordination, or documentation in the way the two companies are being integrated. I fear that this will lead to trouble down the road.
