Took a long time to reign in expenses. The Commercial Side is still not profitable but had a great year in 2019. Some challenges with suppliers due to bad deals made years before. Average tenure is less than 4 years for most employees so historical reference is lacking for some areas. Mixed Bag on Leadership. Some are really good and some are pretty much just placeholders that would not be managers anywhere else. They are just trying to balance salary expenses.
