Co-workers are great, even though the new scheduling makes it nearly impossible to ever have a conversation with someone other than the 3-4 people surrounding you. This is a great place to get your first job in sales or if you just need a job after college. Insurance is very simple and it's surprising how many customers actually know nothing about it, which makes your job a little easier. They provide snacks both healthy and unhealthy everyday, free coffee and theres even ping pong and pool tables.

The pay has gotten worse and worse in my tenure. Agents consistently talk about when they were able to $5000- $6000 a month but unfortunately that number went way down except for the very top agents who were actually committing insurance fraud to hit there high numbers. The CEO along with others developed a new compensation plan at the start of June 2015 that they say will increase the amount of money everyone makes. Your bonus is no longer just based on sales, it's based off of how well you respond to being micro-managed. If a sale goes too long and carries over into your lunch time, your are actually docked pay because you did not adhere to your exact schedule.
