      Obscenely underpaid, not much work life balance, overtime excessive with not much compensation except dinner on the company (with a low budget), tiring, career progression is present but favouritism evident

      - Too often the Client Service duties get in the way of the educational part - Lack of proper compensation ($20 a day is way too little for the amount of work we do sometimes)
