-The employees here were great to work with, they do what they can with the limited resources given. -It may be a great place to start your career and leave -Discounted apartment - Networking opportunities

-The owners do not want to invest into the company to ensure the properties function. -The systems are outdated -Overworked and under paid salary employees -No marketing department department to help meet leasing. Everything is based on Facebook. -Demeaning communication -No human Resources -No true legal department -many have claimed it to be a hostile work environment

- Decent pay - Good Co-workers - 20 percent rent discount

- 0 marketing tools, not even a website. You are pressured to get leases when your only tool is FB - No coperate structure - No HR department - Property Upkeep is poor due to stingy owner, his stingy attitude makes leasing job harder. You can't rent a property when the product is not good, especially compared to competition.
