Goliath is basically my family at this point, but I'll try to be objective. This is a great job if you are a kid inside and love games and toys! Exciting work environment, things change quickly and you will learn new skills. We have a lot of parties, coworkers are amazing. Our department manager is very kind and flexible, gives us a lot of room to grow. We play games at work ;) Great job environment for nerds and people who love to experiment. Lots of travel opportunities to super fun conventions and toy industry trade shows.

A lot of the cons are more or less the cons of any production job but here are some specific ones that would prepare you: Very short development cycles, little time dedicated to concept development.
