Leadership has had to navigate some challenges but have generally tried to be transparent and communicative throughout. Company offers flexibility and a lot of opportunities to learn and grow.

Leadership is not transparent: major changes, layoffs, and freezes happen with little communication until after the fact. Company blames the economy for cuts, yet continues to spend in ways that feel inconsistent. Poor pay compared to workload and expectations. Long hours and stressful deadlines with little recognition or support. Very weak office culture with no real sense of community, everyone is on edge, and there’s no social environment. Minimal benefits that don’t make up for the stress. Constant turnover year-round
