The work is dull and uninspiring. The whole team was fairly miserable, with a real 'production line' attitude towards projects. Right now it seems there's little appetite from the senior management to change. So long as revenue targets are met, employee satisfaction stays secondary. Salaries are also extremely top-heavy, with little hope of progression for more junior members of staff.
