Horrifically aggressive culture - I've never seen anything like it. Senior management screaming at other employees (of all levels) in the middle of the office, backstabbing is rife - my strong advice would be to just get your head down and stay out of the so-called 'social culture'. They also really don't care about your welfare (or your opinion, if you're a mid level employee) in any respect. Do it for how it looks on your CV, then leave.
