- Marketing Department is chronically dysfunctional - Senior Leaders are very old fashioned. Behaviour can be highly toxic at times. Every decision is a gut decision. Loudest voice always wins. There's always someone else to blame. - Annual pay-rise is sub-CPI - No career progression - Everything's an emergency

Working environment is great, great team.

Pay increase is only small and usually cpi
