This company was, without question, one of the most disappointing and distressing workplaces I have ever experienced. From the very beginning, there was a complete lack of structure, support, and professionalism. Employee documentation was barely reviewed, onboarding was almost nonexistent, and individuals were sent to work immediately without proper uniforms, guidance, or preparation.
Timekeeping practices were deeply concerning. Worked minutes were repeatedly deducted, yet overtime was not properly compensated. This created a constant feeling of being undervalued and financially disrespected.
What was most alarming, however, was the internal culture. I have never witnessed an environment where managers and supervisors collaborated against their own security officers. There were deliberate attempts to communicate with clients in ways that discredited employees, damaged their reputations, and portrayed them as untrustworthy or even criminal, seemingly to create justification for termination.
The company avoids hiring full-time employees and appears to rely on flexible arrangements to evade responsibility and accountability. Overall, this was an extremely toxic and demoralizing work environment, where leadership consistently acted against the very people responsible for representing the company. I strongly discourage anyone from working for this organization.
