      People are friendly and hardworking. It is still a small company, but it is growing quickly. We have had some growing pains and challenges, but haven't found anything we couldn't get through. Great things and new projects always going on, so there is always something exciting happening. Lots of room for growth.

      Management could use some training. Pay scale is off quite a bit; Some are overpaid, some under. Need to work on communication.

      This used to be a great place to work, and maybe it will be again. Employees are doing what they can to keep the hard-working yet friendly culture alive in the face of layoffs and budget cuts.

      I can't currently recommend working here. The company recently laid off a lot of the staff, I heard it was 10%. Including some great workers, and eliminated some necessary positions. Since it wasn't announced in advance, there was no time for knowledge transfer. Some departments are struggling to keep going with reduced staff and without the knowledge that the others took with them. And that makes me think senior management doesn't know what they're doing, which makes me weary of their future decisions.
