Great atmosphere and good people. The owner really takes care of us and cares about everyone. Easy schedule and small company so everyone knows everyone which can be nice.

Somewhat stagnant on the pay scale. It is a private company funded mainly by the owner so it makes sense, we don't manufacture a ton of product so I feel maybe if we did more then people could be compensated better.

Pay not bad for right out of college with not experience. Very busy work and the environment is constantly evolving based on the new federal regulations. Management are kind and work to try and create some culture in the workplace.

Employees are not positive to be around. A lot of complaining lead to poor work environment in the back end. Cameras constantly watching employees lead to micromanaging. Type of work is for someone who like solitude.
