Understaffed for contact centre causing too many calls and not enough people to answer them, Sometimes micromanagement, Not always flexible to employee needs as it stands now

Easy, follow scripts proverbatim, nice management

Sometimes a bit long especially when there’s too many calls and barely any breathing space
