The "old" Goodmans was fantastic. People, including mgmt, were very supportive and recognized achievements. The "new" Goodmans should be avoided at all costs. Many good directors quit or were forced out and replaced with uncaring, unsympathetic and less than supportive management. This is particularly true in the H.R. and Library areas. It is too bad and quite sad because it used to be a great place to work. Not anymore. Save yourself the time and look elsewhere, many better firms, and managers, to choose from.
