This company really cares about their people. Fair wages, amazing benefits and a leadership team that cares about its people.

None. This place listens to employee feedback and implements it every chance they get.

In theory, it is nice to work for a company that is doing some good (when it actually works).

There is a reason the entire Operations department quit within a year. This company is a mess! There is no real organization and none of the senior leadership knows what they are doing. They are actively running this company into the ground. Working with the CEO is like walking on eggshells. You never know what version of her may lash out at you at any given time. There is a reason they can't seem to hold on to employees. I can only speak from the Operations standpoint, but I will add that I consistently heard the sales people complain about late and/or missing commissions as well.
