The engineering manager was fantastic and I consider myself very lucky to have worked for him, and so were all the other engineers. The work was engaging and multi-disciplinary, and very fulfilling. I was able to schedule myself to work when it was most convenient to me, and spend time focusing on school when I needed to. I got along with everyone at the company pretty well.

Pay was pretty mediocre for an engineering intern with no increase in pay for the position. Turnover was relatively high. Management made questionable decisions that often made engineers' lives difficult. Engineers would be in early and leave late. Limited training for interns; although I don't blame my team at all because they were always very busy.

There was nothing positive about this company. The first two months was great but it went downhill afterwards due to the horrible management.

Definitely play favoritism, salesman does not help and push work off onto others even when we had deadlines to finish other things. Lack of professionalism and they never get there products out on time to the customer always give excuses on why an order is 3 months late when the planner does not do her job. No proper training. Director has no experience on being a good manager.
