-Beautiful Location -Gain job experience if needed -Compared to a year or 2 ago, they have made strides in addressing company culture (though it has been an extremely slow process)

-The DRAMA is insane. If you aren't part of the drama then you get singled out by low level staff, if you are part of the drama you have issues with management. -The Communication across the property is severely lacking which causes confusion. -This is a CORPORATE environment, if you don't understand how to play the corporate game you will get run over. Stay in your lane, stay quiet, don't engage, do your job to an adequate level and you'll be fine. -Benefits are simply ok. Don't expect anything stellar, there is no FSA, 401k match is 3 or 4%, healthcare is expensive, vision plan is mediocre at best. -If you have any kind of neurodivergence I would warn you away. The management and corporate have little understanding or tolerance if you show neurodivergence like ADHD, Autism, dyscalculia, etc. -It is not a cohesive environment each department is separated and they all tend to blame things on each other and take little responsibility for their own failings. This limits the true growth of the company disappointingly. -The policies they put out are "half-baked" and then management is surprised when they don't work or cause further confusion. -Actual movement outside your job role is limited. They will use the "other duties as assigned" part of your job description to goad you into more work without any compensation for it. When you ask for more compensation for doing duties outside your scope, they will attempt to guilt trip you as you are supposed to be a "team player".
