      The advantage of the company is: - Employees are very helpful and kind people (except C level) - Product is good as it is related to social impact.

      I am not sure which one to write here but I will add the biggest ones: - Most of the people are fired from the company between 3-6 months period - Although there is a lot of workload and pressure, no one appreciates the work being done. - C level doesn't have the skills of being in C level - They keep hire and fire many people, so there is no consistency.

      Communication was an opportunity area for Goodwall, but the company has improved much over the years. It can sometimes feel hectic, but it's the kind of glorious hecticness that comes with a fast-moving startup.

      I've been at Goodwall for almost a year now and it's been a great learning experience. I immediately felt like my opinion mattered, which allowed me to feel comfortable asking, suggesting, and taking action. In doing so I was able to learn from others around me and work effectively with my team to grow the business. - Great job at creating team bond despite being on three different continents - Lots of opportunities for learning and growth - Good company culture and team spirit - Interesting and challenging work - Great sense of trust across all employees and teams - Flexible work hours. They focus on results rather than time spent in the office -

      - Not ideal to be in multiple locations - Some long evenings at the office. Overall, good work-life balance

      We appreciate the great feedback and are happy to hear that you've had a great experience as part of the Goodwall team! Offices on three different continents can be challenging, but we love the diversity it adds to our team. We are definitely working on building a more robust onboarding program as we grow and add new team members in NYC, Manila and Geneva, and also continue to regard good communication as a top priority.
