Goodwill is a massive "non-profit" scam. The people in the highest positions are profiting, and the lowly workers are paid so poorly that they qualify for "extreme poverty level". They pretend to be doing good while victimizing and taking advantage of their workers, particularly the disabled workers, some of whom do not even make minimum wage. It is a culture of greed and distrust, with terrible management. Workers are encouraged to inform on their peers for any perceived or real transgression, everything is on camera, no privacy. It is a culture of "NO".
