Management needs to be trained in Customer Services skills because they have very little if any at all. Money form the sales of donations goes into the pockets of the CEO and upper management. The non-profit status is a con job, like so many other business's, everyone is getting around paying taxes except the needy and poor. The rich get richer and the poor pays more taxes. Our government is falling apart and everyone rich or wealthy want a piece of the action. "What a shame and disgrace" !

Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
