Management is mostly good but can be intimidating to talk to. Sometimes ran by people who don't know how to handle stress that well. Poorly maintained restroom. Careless customers. Dirty work environment. Annoying outdated and random music playing over and over again. More stressful then it should be. A point system that seems sort of wack and weird to have for a place that is supposed to be handicap friendly. Hard to build back points at times when you are busy in life. Hectic closing. Easy to start losing interest in the job after you start there. Some potential to grow but doesn't always seem to be that much.
