4yThank you for sharing your experience. Our goal is to create a feeling of welcome where people are encouraged to share their feedback and ideas. We believe it helps us to have honest dialogue between leadership and staff.
On August 1, we launched a new program that leads to regular conversations between staff and managers. We take the feedback we receive to improve our process. We find it helps us to hear from prior staff as well as current staff. We would welcome a conversation with you.
