Great coworkers. Good learning experience if you’re desperate I guess.

Owner lacks social skills to effectively communicate with his employees. Not much reasoning behind his decision making. Basically asks you to copy other apps. Rushes you on tasks that do not matter at all.

I got to actually use a lot of web technologies, which really spiced up my resume. Close to a skytrain station, 7-Eleven, and many small shops and restaurants. A relaxed and convenient neighbourhood.

Paid just enough to survive in Vancouver. Did not reward for contributing more. Never gave raise until I got a job offer from elsewhere. Discourages people from using vacation days; however, he did pay me for those unused vacation days. The projects lack focus. The manager isn't clear about what he wants to build. No healthcare coverage.
