The interview made the position way more glamorous than what it really is. They say it is not cold calling yet if you do not come in with a huge book of business you will be spending your time cold calling and bothering people. Do not fall for the over the phone scam, there is a reason their turnover rate is through the roof...

Our marketing strategy helps Account Executives drive in leads from several different channels, including professional and personal networks, with a heavy emphasis on our referral partner relationships. . If agents are unable to drive leads through Referral Partners, they reach out to existing leads in our database. We will continue to provide our Account Executives with training and resources in order to create effective Referral Partners.
