Another company treating you just like a number, doesn’t matter if you are somebody working there for a long time or short time. Crazy amount of hours or no hours at all, nothing is ever sure. Unfair salary, specially when it comes to what your job role requires from you. Different pay when it comes to compare PoC and Non PoC. No benefits at all, apart from 50% discounts in the restaurants in the group. No development plans in action. Trainings are rare. No personal life outside your workplace because the stress of the job doesn’t leave you be. I often had nightmares about the place. Always understaffed, not because it’s a though time for hospitality in the UK but because they probably save money even from the staff allowance budget. Really greedy. Monetary bonuses based on favouritism, not practice or appreciation. It’s a company that clearly doesn’t care for you.
