No work culture like IT company. Work like typical mechanical/BPO company. Do not offer any company extra facility. Very boring work and work environment. Management do not want to change any thing. Do micro management. Work on legacy technology. HR will not tell all rules upfront. Due to legacy technology work, You will forget current skills, Will be become difficult to go out. Each year will not get hike. If you receive initially more salary. Next yr you will not receive any hike.You are already on high pay ...you will get answer ... No work safety.. You will be get fired ..any time any day...no job security..(once you reach to office ..you will be asked to submit card and leave company. ) Always you will be get compared with existing top performer.. You will be get fired if you perform less. Yearly 4 time review done... Only 2 leaves in probation period. Daily only 1 hr beak allowed . 30 min lunch, 10 and 10 min small break.
