No culture at the workplace. No training, no accountability - Recensione dipendente - Business Analyst presso Gothic Landscape

I left a job that I was great at for a new career change and better schedule with gothic landscape. Took a job with them where I had no experience in accounting they aware of that when I got hired. I had a 7 interview process to make sure I fit their culture. 2 months in they let me go cause they wanted to hire someone with accounting experience. They gave very to little no training. It was bad I felt alone at work with no help, even when I would reach out I would get always have to leave a voicemail to my boss. My boss was in once a week. They failed to train me and gave me very little chance to succeed. They let me go after two months with a weak severance package of 2 weeks . They preach family culture but they let me go knowing I just moved and have kids. They don’t care about anything. I would avoid to place to work because they set you up to fail and not hold themselves accountable for your failure.
