They patch holes by partnering with other firms for drafting bids or offering more gwac availability. Someone could potentially pay 3 different providers instead of taking the time to develop the product themselves. SLED data is solid, but not sustainable as customers don’t win many government contracts which is why the renewal rate is so low. Tenured reps are highly favored and get to work the best accounts.
