This company’s executive leadership creates and protects a seriously toxic work culture. Nepotism is rampant, and equal opportunity does not exist. Employee morale is constantly low, due to all the concentrated gas lighting, and narcissistic excuses that are forced fed to the workforce. Most managers are mini tyrants who drive production through micro management, fear tactics, vague communication, and vindictive behavior. Managers who have no clue what they are doing, and are never held accountable for the harm they inflict. I believe these managers were never trained on how to be leaders. If you are reading this, take these words to heart. Govspend has a toxic work culture, that will NEVER change because the problem is from the top down. This company supports a malicious gossip culture, with an HR department that pretends to be blind, and does nothing to change the culture. You’ve been warned.

They struggle to renew customers. Renewal rate is laughable. Federal platform “fedmine” is a joke. It was made in 2004 and still looks that way. They don’t even have the most common contract vehicles that most federal contractors are looking for. Dibbs, nasa sewp, gsa ebuy are non existent. They patch holes by partnering with other firms for drafting bids or offering more gwac availability. Someone could potentially pay 3 different providers instead of taking the time to develop the product themselves. SLED data is solid, but not sustainable as customers don’t win many government contracts which is why the renewal rate is so low. Tenured reps are highly favored and get to work the best accounts.
