Our top priority is creating an environment where our employees can thrive and reach their full potential. We're proud to offer opportunities for career growth and advancement, and we prioritize promoting from within. For clarity, if an employee begins work in February of 2023, they are eligible for a promotion in December of 2023 during our year-end performance review process. In addition, employees with twelve months of service may request consideration for transfers or promotions that provide them with growth and learning opportunities, no matter the time of year. We believe that our employees are our greatest asset, and we're committed to helping them achieve their goals.
