Low pay for responsibilities and bad management - Recensione dipendente - Office Worker presso Goya

For what I was actually asked to do the pay was very little. The manager was always trying to pit co-workers against one another. Was very unhelpful with resolving issues and would push the work onto others. Very toxic workplace and from what I heard from others within the company other locations had similar issues. Workplace culture was very depended on who the manager of the location was and if you had a bad manager there was nothing to be done as many of the managers have been with the company for years and corporates won't do anything about them.
