The feedback process is sloppy. The internal culture policies will contradict between HR and the executive board. There is a lack of processes in the PMO. They work in silos. There are no standards, no professionalism. It will depend on the PM and his/her background to establish a methodology. Most of the time these inconsistencies will end in extra work hours with no payment. Administrative policies are not clear for the employees. (Lack of transparency about how decisions are made). No career path. Salary increase will depend heavily on the impression you make on the team lead. The company's vision is poorly communicated to the team. The focus will change from one month to another. As a consequence, the company's growth in the last 3 years is stuck (the same clients and business model from 2016).
