Eventually you'll be hardpressed to find loyal hard working people to do the grunt work, build data, clean up CRMs, scrub and dig and prospect and call and network all over the USA for fresh leads for YOU to then take credit for and then use that hard work and data to include hard workers who went above and beyond your requests and expectations to then lay them off for "restructuring & budgeting reasons"...now what's left? a team of sales people that do NOT prospect, profile nor hunt-that's a great M/O.
