Vantaggi
I’ve only been at the company for a few weeks, but I’m already incredibly impressed and genuinely happy with my decision to join. From the interview process to starting the role, everyone I’ve met has been friendly, smart, ambitious, motivated, supportive and switched on. The team really pulls in the same direction.
Despite being a small team, they are incredibly effective and get things done very quickly. There’s a strong sense of momentum and ownership.
The product is exciting and sits right in the sweet spot of AI and fintech, which makes the work feel both relevant and meaningful. Customers are great to work with, and the problem space is genuinely interesting.
One thing I really appreciate coming from previous roles is that the company clearly has strong product–market fit. I’ve worked at companies before where that wasn’t the case, and the difference here is night and day. It’s incredibly motivating to work on a product that people genuinely want and where customers already understand the ROI before even using it. This biz has the potential to become really really big and successful.
The company is also very international and diverse. Everyone comes from interesting backgrounds, and I genuinely feel like I fit right in.
Flexibility has been another huge standout and one of the biggest reasons I wanted to join. The people team, the co-founders, and my manager have all been extremely accommodating and supportive of my personal requirements and needs. ❤️
Management is very approachable, there’s a low-hierarchy culture, and it’s clear that leadership genuinely cares about the team and creating a positive environment. I’m honestly excited to be here!!!

Given I’m still early in my journey here, I don’t have any real negatives to call out so far. Like any fast-growing startup, things move quickly and can change often, which may not suit everyone but for me, that’s part of the appeal!
Also heads up, you definitely need to be a doer. Things aren’t always served on a silver platter, and not everything is fully mapped out. There’s a lot of building to be done, and you do best if you go look for problems and opportunities rather than waiting for direction. But that’s exactly what I enjoy and one of the main reasons I love working at a startup. You can shape, build and have a real impact!
