Disorganization seems to be the overarching company theme common to all departments. Constant turnover of top performers and hard workers due to poor compensation, benefits, and lack of career growth opportunities. Favoritism and lack of transparency with promotions and internal interview and review processes. Laziness and incompetence run rampant in those left behind after a few years unable to find jobs elsewhere. Bureaucratic culture that has a form for everything and a process that no one understands or follows. People constantly passing the buck leaving the few responsible and serious employees doing most of the work. VERY poor training and an HR department that seems to specialize in making lame excuses for why one thing or another can´t be improved. Management constantly says that they are open to new ideas which they promptly ignore when actually offered. Many people feel that their careers are stagnating with Graebel and they´re not learning and growing personally or professionally.
