In my experience, the company and my direct leadership has been supportive and flexible - never driven by "the way it's always been done" - but instead open to new approaches and continuous improvements that can lead to better experiences for our internal teams and our clients. There is a strong push for transparency up through leadership. I've always felt respected, supported, and empowered to bring my highest potential to my work. Many of us are remote and I haven't experienced any downside to this - we are face-to-face online throughout every day as necessary, associates are easily accessible as needed, plenty of opportunity for live collaboration and brainstorming. Being remote gives room to work head-down in a quiet space to maximize productivity without the usual office distractions. But we have continuous access to important stakeholders. Removing the daily commute allows me the opportunity to flex my schedule to attend time sensitive meetings and support teams on a global level and be ultimately more responsive.

Benefits plans seem expensive for the employee. Not sure how they compare to other organizations. I wish there were more remote employee benefits like office furniture stipends or other reimbursement offsets for remote employees who handle their own internet plans, etc...Merit increases are not keeping up with inflation.
