Great family to work for. Great co-workers. Customers are usually happy so not a lot of complaints to deal with. Meetings are actually fun and enjoyable. Company is growing.

Communication is all over the place at times. They're growing and have come a long way, but still have a LONG way to go when it comes to structure. They're willing to promote but drag their feet with compensation. If you're not a salaried manager, pay is poor.
