Taking a full hour lunch and leaving on time feels like it's frowned upon - Entire office mood dependant on the mood of directors - How well you do will depend on whether they like you, not whether you're good at your job - Continuous disagreements between senior staff and directors, putting them in bad moods which they then take out on those below them - You will likely end up resenting the job
