A great place to work. There are a lot of opportunities to learn and grow if you want and are willing to do the work. Great people to work with. My manager was always available and interested in my growth. I got the chance to learn about all aspects of marketing when I was there. There is a lot of math. The agency is all about analysis and how the marketing is working.

Sometimes the work can be stressful. Some of the clients are challenging, but most of them are great to work with. If you don’t like math or problem solving this can be a tough place to work.

Gragg is in a niche where they don't actually have to be good at marketing. They just drive leads for a captive audience to a market that has never had to do any advertising. It's like bowling with gutter guards on.

Don't let the friendly demeanor fool you into thinking these are good people. They're not. Their services haven't been relevant in 15 years. Their reporting is highly suspect. Leadership is a toxic cesspool.
