The work culture is best. All senior level people are very supportive, encouraging, they help us to gain confidence in our work.

There is no downside working at Graham Construction. It is the best company, that supports and encourages all of their employees.

It's good to work at a company that cares about its employees. Salary, vacation, health insurance etc. are all top notch and if you need help, either professional or personal, you just need to ask. Plenty of training opportunities are offered along with the support needed to get the job done.

Not really a Con for me personally, but this is construction, so there is a limited amount "work from home" that can really be done unless your job is mostly "in the office". Need to "be" at work.
