Lack of training and oversite

a job and some of the other people there are nice

- owners are SO toxic and awful - bullying (by Sarah the owner) - bad work / creating bad habits - team all feed into the toxic culture - even if you work hard you are treated badly - Sarah has her favourites (usually because they are the most extroverted based off personality not performance) - bad comms - turnover in the company is HUGE (no surprise) - someone I know that worked there has literally gone to therapy because of the trauma they induced - no flexibility with start and finish times (45 hour weeks contracted)
